David A. Hamamey II has focused his personal injury practice on a wide range of litigation from catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases involving dog bites, motor vehicle accidents, motorcycle accidents, gunshots, and premises liability.

David has also represented individuals whose Civil Rights (42 U.S.C 1983) have been violated.  Those claims have involved the right to free speech under the First Amendment and Fourth Amendment rights including excessive force, false arrest, malicious prosecution, and warrantless entry into a residence.

Additionally, David has defended hundreds of individuals on misdemeanor criminal charges including but not limited to operating under the influence, driving under suspension, domestic violence, assault, drug possession, and theft offenses.

David has successfully briefed and argued in various appellate districts in the State of Ohio and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
