Howard E. Skolnick graduated from the Ohio State University, and earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. While at law school, he clerked for prominent civil and criminal litigation firms, including John E. Duda, L.P.A., and Spangenberg, Shibley, Traci and and Lancione, LLP. Both firms were highly-regarded in the legal community and handled medical negligence, product liability and wrongful death litigation. It was during these clerkships that Howard developed a deep passion for trial advocacy. For the past 15 years, Howard has vigorously represented seriously injured clients in both State and Federal Courts, litigating cases involving a variety of causes of action, such as complex medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, product liability, motor vehicle crashes, uninsured and underinsured motorists, slip and fall injuries, and bad-faith litigation against insurance companies, as well as animal and dog bites, boating and water accidents, and pedestrian accidents. A truly caring and passionate person, Howard’s magnetic personality, coupled with his vast knowledge of the law, has won the hearts of jurors time and time again.
